rising stardust

Photography has been one of the most powerful intrinsic human motivators to me. The moment at which my subject and our environment are in harmony with one another creates a symbiosis so powerful, definable by being completely indefinable, that it can only be called ‘love’.

I have always thought that the moment when you realise that you love someone is when you see the eternal child in them awaken. Capturing those fleeting moments of joy, despair, rawness, tediousness, that beautiful unguarded moment that shines with rawness, has left an imprint on my heart so real that only a metaphysical kinship could endure it. Snapshots of things that were real once, and only once in an instant because before it had been different and after it all changed. The ordinary is revealed as the extraordinary.

I hope this blog to be more than just a canvas for the paint splatter thoughts of my mind. It, hopefully, will be present a portrait of the running question, ‘how can we awaken to the universe that is inside of us, and bring forth the treasures within?’,  and of course, intertwine bright splashes of visuals, thoughts and ideas.

Lots of love.
